Orders placed online for direct delivery
For 'in stock' items we hope to deliver all orders by five working days(ex.weekends and public holidays) by tracked courier providing we have the order and payment is cleared by 3pm.
In the unlikley event that the web is incorrectly showing stock as available, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise of this fact and would hope to be able to either offer an alternative or inform you of the delay hoping you will allow us to expedite this for you.
Eagle Plant contract a 3rd party courier to deliver the order to you and the extent of our contract is limited to the refund of the delivery charges should the carrier fail to deliver in the alloted time. No consequential loss will be considered.

For 'collect at store' deliveries
We endevour to pack and have orders ready for collection within one hour or the order being placed. This must allow for our opening hours as below. If you wish to be sure we have your order, the items are in stock and what time the order is ready for collection, please call 01761 418614 or email email@example.com
IMPORTANT: Orders for in-store collection must be processed as normal through the online checkout to authorise the card and this same method of payment must be brought to the store for payment (excludes PayPal). Orders placed on pre-arranged account terms can be collected as normal providing the customers account is in order.

Orders for Eagle Plant van delivery (by arrangement only)
Our van leaves our store at 8:00am each weekday and therefore any orders for delivery should be placed online by 13:00 on the day before delivery is required. This service is for account customers only, except if pre-arranged when cleared funds will need to be received through any of our online payment methods or cash on delivery (no cheques).
