All equipment remains on hire until returned to an Eagle Plant branch. Should you require collection please telephone to ensure we take it ‘off-Hire’. The security of all equipment remains your responsibility until returned to the hiring branch or collected by us. It is the customers responsibility to insure the hired equipment.
We do have to charge for damaged or missing equipment. Please ensure that equipment is secured when not in use and protected from vandalism or loss.
Yes, we request two forms of identity prior to the start of the hire. A bank or credit card together with a photo driving licence showing your current address are ideal. Feel free to call us if you need clarification.

For customers who have an agreed Credit Account facility with us, we will generate invoices for continuous hires and your monthly account statement on the first working day of each month and send this to you.
For other items (and hires that finish before the end of the monthly invoicing period), you will receive your invoice(s) during our mid month run, which is usually around the 15th day of each month.
Our invoices and statements can now be sent electronically via email.
Your invoices will be contained in one PDF file attachment – or you can choose to have them split into individual PDF files if preferred.
Your statement will be sent as a seperate email with PDF attachment.
Please contact us at customer.support@eagleplant.co.uk if you wish to change from receiving printed invoices and statements and receive these via email instead.
If you do not have access to email then we will post your invoices to you using Royal Mail.
We do not currently support any other invoicing methods at this time.
New Credit Accounts are added to our e-invoicing and statement system – unless you notify us in writing of your wish to opt out of this and receive your documents from us in printed format instead.
For non account customers, you will receive a copy of your invoice and receipt from the hiring depot at the point of hire and deposit being taken. This can be printed or you can request to have it emailed to you.
