It didn’t take long for his curiosity and enthusiasm to shine through. He began asking questions, showing genuine interest in the machinery and workshop operations.Recognising his potential, we offered him an apprenticeship, and he hasn’t looked back since.Today, Ollie assists with servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, developing practical skills that are vital in the plant hire South West sector. It’s National Apprenticeship Week, so we wanted to shine a light on one of our own at our Tiverton branch, where we have two!Billy joined us nearly three years ago and is close to completing his third year. Throughout his apprenticeship, he has consistently received excellent reports from the college.Over time, Billy has become a key member of our workshop team, confidently carrying out everything from simple bulb replacements to complex diagnostics.
