COUNCIL

The Council allows for a two way exchange of information and views between the Eagle Plant Trading Board and the Co-owners, and is the focal opionion and influence on policy and direction.

EMPLOYEEE OWNERSHIP TRUST

The co-owners’s shares are held in Trust by a Trustee Board. The Board consists of an independent Chairman, two elected Trustees and two Trustees apponted by the Eagle Plant Trading Board. It is informed of Co-ownership opinion vis the Council.

EAGLE PLANT TRADING BOARD

The Eagle Plant Trading Board manages the business on behalf of the co-owners, with an obligation to act prudently to ensure its long term future.
They are held to account for the performance of the business by the Trustee Board and they report to the Trustees on a regular basis.

EAGLE PLANT BRANCH NETWORK

Located across England and Wales: one Councillor elected per branch to be part of the Council.
