Following the increase in Manitou Telehandlers entering our fleet, our engineers asked if further product training could be arranged. Manitou were approached and they kindly arranged two training days for our co-owners.
Training concentrated on an introduction to Manitou and the product range. The two courses were held at Manitou’s UK headquarters in Verwood, Dorset.
Each engineer was provided with a manual which covered parts, wiring diagrams, recognition and location charts, service procedures and settings.
Time was given to go through calibration resets and fault diagnosis. Training was given on how to read fault codes and diagnose common problems.
Co-owners from our our Tiverton, Hereford, Camelford, Chard, Pontypool, Paulton, Westbury, Weymouth, Newton Abbot and Tetbury branches attended and the training days were found to be very informative and useful.
