Eagle Plant – Thank you to our Customers and Suppliers
Being Co-owners in an employee owned business brings with it responsibilities as well as benefits and here at Eagle Plant we all had to face up to some tough challenges last year. However, despite losses early in the year the commitment and hard work we put in paid off and against all odds we ended up making a profit.
As a consequence, last week saw us sharing some of that profit amongst ourselves, each receiving the equivalent of an extra two weeks and one day’s wages, 4.3 % of our annual salaries; profit that in a conventional company would end up with the shareholders rather than the employees.
We are proud of what we achieved and believe our success endorses our ethos of placing an emphasis on good service and relationships.
At the same time we recognise that we could not have managed this without the on-going support of our loyal customers and suppliers and we thank you all for this.
